TMS Clinic is a newly-founded clinic specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation as an alternative treatment for depression.  Based in Costa Rica, they tend mostly to patients living in the United States.

The Challenge

TMS Clinic needed to offer its new therapy to a new market. Unhappy with their previous website, which gave them no results and no marketing data to build upon, and questioning whether in fact there was a market for their therapy, TMS Clinic turned to InterNexo. We proposed to do market research followed by the design and implementation of a new web presence; and subsequently an ongoing, comprehensive, managed service in which InterNexo carries out a suite of monthly activities, including market research, search engine marketing.

Developed ideas for new markets for TMS therapy.  Proposed the use of new, low-cost technologies for initial consultation with potential patients in the US.  Proposed the use of video blogs as a way of attending patients’ questions.

The Impact
