Paul Fervoy, CEO and co-Founder
Web Marketing Services

Paul has more than fifteen years experience designing and developing information systems and web-based projects in Latin America. Paul arrived in Costa Rica in 1993 at the invitation of Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Dr. Oscar Arias and worked at the Arias Foundation for Peace and Human Progress for two years. He has developed web projects for the World Bank, United Nations, Global Environment Facility, The Nature Conservancy, The US Parks Service, USAID, among others. Paul has won international awards for his work including the WebLab Award (PBS Television) and the InfoDev Prize of the World Bank. In 2009 Paul was honored as a "40 under 40" most influential people in Costa Rica by El Financiero newspaper. Paul is the Vice President of the National IT Business Association (CAMTIC), and represents the IT industry on the Business Council the National High Tech Research Center (CeNAT), The Ministry of Science and Technology's Commission on National Science and Technology Indicators, as well as serving on the board of other local IT companies. Paul graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin (Madison, Wisconsin). At InterNexo, Paul is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager.

Paul and his wife Adriana enjoy visiting friends, and walking San José’s downtown for great people watching and window-shopping. At home his favorite space is the kitchen, where he practices the art and science of cooking, besides being the ideal place to listen to NPR. He also enjoys a regular poker game with a group of fellow American ex-pats.


Angie Jiménez-Corella
Director, Client Relations

Angie has extensive knowledge of the following areas: public relations, advertising, quality management (auditing leading ISO Quality Standards), sales (Customer Centric Selling Methodology), and business and project administration. She is experienced in utilizing new information technologies and communication as a marketing tool, and working with multidisciplinary teams. She has a successful track record in customer service, key account management relationships and generating long-term business with customers and suppliers.

Television series are her hobbies: including all versions of CSI, Grey’s Anatomy, Big Bang Theory, in addition to reality series like Amazing Race. She especially loves talking to her loved ones, sharing moments and experiences with them.


Natalia Fonseca-Umana
Client Relations

Definitely the voice of the office, and responsible for the care of our Customers. This covers any support required by our different areas in order to provide better service, and addressing information and communication needs in a timely, clear, concise manner. Natalia is responsible for the organization of internal activities such as our shared team spaces that strengthen our internal relationships and working dynamics. She is also responsible for the administration, including billings and payments.

Natalia’s free time is shared with family, enjoying the movies, walks, watching her favorite football team and attending special activities at Church.


Didier Fallas-Rojas
Director, Networking and Infrastructure

Didier has10+ years of experience in analysis, design, development and quality control for Internet projects. He also has: 3+ years of experience in process automation, Systems management experience for systems and interfaces; 8 years of experience developing web applications and performing testing processes; 8 years of experience working with networks and infrastructure; 7 years of experience in DNS (BIND) services and e-mail (Postfix, Sendmail); 7 years of experience in SMTP, POP3, DNS, Web servers management; 7 years of experience in LAN/WAN network conceptualization and design; 7 years of experience in Internet security, traffic monitoring, intruder detection systems and service vulnerability analysis; 4 years of experience managing IT projects; 2 years of experience studying and participating on Internet projects related to Google services; and 3 years of experience in private virtual networks.

By far the most serious guy in the office, Didier also enjoys high-performance sports, (especially football and adventure sports). That, and reading, surfing the internet to stay informed and seeing new places, are some of the activities that complement and complete his life.


Manfred Rodríguez-Bustos
Networking and Infrastructure Services

Manfred provides support for physical and logical level systems for both internal and external clients, plus management, monitoring, backup and updating of networking and infrastructure service systems. He is experienced in the research, analysis, testing and deployment of new web-based and technical tools for the purpose of providing continuous improvement of services offered to customers.

The newest colleague on the team, Manfred practices martial arts, loves music, reading, movies, the mountains and the beach.


Adrian Fallas-Rojas
Webmaster Services

Responsible for the webmaster service and maintenance of client web sites and systems, Adrian is known for his excellent customer management skills and generation of recommendations for our business reporting and maintenance tools and services.

Though serious-looking, Adrian is one of the funniest guys on our team, and is also known for his optimism, fighting spirit and tenacity. He spends his free time reading, watching movies, playing and watching football.


Carlos Pravia-Jácamo
Director, Web Design and Development Services

Expert in: Web Design and Information Technology Project Management; installation and administration of UNIX servers; leadership development and Internet-based computing projects; utilization of tools under Unix and Microsoft platforms; development of a Framework for the Support of Software Development Methodologies: Agile (Master's thesis topic); application development for content searching in databases of high-volume Internet; design and implementation of advocacy strategies based on massive indexing online content; design and installation of communication networks for design and application development in languages of third and fourth generation.

Carlos is an aquarium lover who’s hobbies include photography, hiking, and video games.


Marco Rojas-Arroyo
Web Engineer

Marco has 4+ years of experience in Development and Quality Assurance for Web projects. He embraces the use of World Wide Web Consortium Standards towards project best-practice standards, as well as growth as a holistic professional. He is knowledgeable in Rich Internet Applications development, and has 2 years of experience in Server Administration, Web Hosting and Domain Name Servers. Rigorous in his approach to the  development of any new client project, Marco has the confidence in his skills to maintain an independent point of view when approaching developing, thereby gaining a holistic understanding of every project. In that connection, he is known for being well-informed and thoroughly prepared to face any new challenge.

Loyalty and trustworthiness are some values that describe this colleague. He enjoys reading, video games, music, and walking in the forest in his free time.

Eulices Nicot-Alemán
Web Engineer

In charge of Webmaster Services and USA-based projects, Eulices is one of our key web developers. Originally from Cuba, he joined our company in after graduating from the ITCR.

Eulices many interests include: Skydiving, Diving, professional boxing, armchair judging Miss Universe, and Opera singing. In other words we have an aspiring Il Divo member among us!


Clever Serrano-Hernández
Web Engineer

Clever is a Web Application Developer, developing websites, web systems and services to meet the specific needs of customers.

“The Life of Clever” takes place between breakfasts with soda and ice cream, dinners that include cinema and theater... and frankly no one knows about his lunch times.



Gabriela Bogarin
Graphic Design

Gabriela is responsible for the artistic and visual language to best represent what each individual client’s business is and does. Her skills include designing client graphic identifiers/logos, developing client brand manuals necessary for maintaining graphic standard guidelines, designing websites in which design takes into account client style and goals, as well as navigability, interactivity, usability, and information architecture.

Gardening, sewing, drawing, desserts and pastries, yoga and dance are some of Gaby's creative inspirations.


Rita Rojas-Arroyo
Graphic Design

She is the friendly face of the office, always seeking to help others. Rita is known for her strong commitment to improving her personal skills for the benefit of her team and clients. She also support the graphic design development team to achieve client preferences for the look and feel of their web presence.

She notes that her creativity comes from her of love for the nature. Outside of the office, she enjoys the cinema and theater. She does caution though, never to offer her a hand while she’s cooking or “you may lose it!”


Rafael Rojas-Barrantes
Chief Financial Officer

Guess what... he’s the money guy! An accountant, Rafael graduated from the University of Costa Rica, with expertise in management, marketing, process reengineering and quality standards. He has participated in the process of normalization of seven companies certified by the ISO and accompanies businesses in the internal development of key competencies to improve business productivity.



Theodore Hope
Senior Advisor / Co-Funder

Theodore Hope is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta, Georgia) with a B.Sc. (1986) and M.Sc. (1988) in Computer Science. Ted has over twenty-five years of experience with UNIX systems and TCP/IP networks. He has been a technology consultant to the UNDP, USAID, IDB and INCAE Business School, among others, and his work with these institutions has taken him to the United States, Egypt, Thailand, Peru, Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador and throughout Central America. In Costa Rica, Ted designed and directed the first low-cost, regional electronic communication system in Central America during the early years of the Internet in this region (1990-2005). He has taught at the Masters Program in Computer Science at the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. During 2004-2005 he worked at National Public Radio (Washington, DC) improving the scalability and availability of their website, www.npr.org. Ted is a Director and co-founder of InterNexo.


Yarelis Fallas-Rojas
PMO Executive

As PMO Executive, Yarelis assists in all of the activities related to the administration of project services as well as client relations and communications.

Yare's hobbies includes reading, dancing, travel and getting to know new and different places.
